Guest User-If you don’t want to register with us, still you can place your order. You can directly add the products in your cart and at checkout you can select Continue as Guest. In this case your address and order details would not be saved with us, but you can place your order by using your Full Name, Email id, Contact number and complete address details.

 

How do I make a Bank Transfer?

Bank Transfer is one of the Payment Options available.

What are the Payment Modes Available?

We accept Online Payments by Debit Card, Credit Card, Net banking thru Razorpay and Bank Transfer.

If you choose Bank Transfer as the Payment Options, Please call us on +91 7339466688 and confirm the same or send us an email on admin@hyofarmsindia.com with the payment details.

 

What are the modes of refund available?

If you have made an Online Payment the refund is made to your Credit Card, Debit Card or Net banking account. For other forms of Payment like Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer we make the refund to your Bank Account.

Your details which we require for refund process are Account Holder’s Name, Bank Name, Branch Name, Account Number, IFSC Code.

Refund of your amount would take 7-10 business days from the date of refund initiation and as per the transaction type.

 

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Request for cancellation of confirmed express order should be made within 12 hours of placing the Orders. All the orders dispatched are in accordance with the customer requirements. Hence it becomes challenging for us to cancel them. In case some of the products ordered are not in stock, we make a full refund for those Products, and the same is credited to your account within 7-10 business Days.

 

For the refunds made, customers are provided with a Unique reference Id which they can refer to, if they have some issues with the rebate.

 

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type of product you order.
Normally, once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 36 hours to process and mark it ready-for-delivery.

Can I use multiple coupons on the same transaction?

Only one coupon can be used on a single transaction or a cart. You can however add multiple items to one cart to use one coupon and avail discounts.

We provide only Exchange of items as per our exchange Policy. Before placing the order we suggest that you read our shipping and returns/exchange policy.

- The item should have in its original packaging with all the tags etc.
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery
